Update on Login and Account Creation Issues

Hunters,

First off—thank you to everyone who jumped into Steel Hunters at launch yesterday! We’re incredibly excited (and grateful) to see so many of you eager to join the fight.

Login Issues

We want to acknowledge the login queue issue that affected many players shortly after we went live on Steam. From 12:00 UTC to around 15:50 UTC, a bug in our backend system caused login requests to be processed sequentially instead of concurrently. This significantly slowed down queue times and, in many cases, blocked players from logging in at all.

The problem has since been fixed, and the login queue has normalized. You should now be able to jump in without issue.

We’ve had some reports that issues can occur when attempting to log in to existing Wargaming accounts through Steam. If you’re affected, please contact our support team[wargaming.net]—we’ll help resolve it!

Inability to type "@" in registration

How do I know which email its using? I want to link my Twitch account but if I don't know which email the game is using its not possible. I logged in via Steam. I created a Wargaming account but it never asked me for an email.

You will have to add an email address to the account, steam does not automatically send us one.

1. Go to account management: https://wargaming.net/personal/
2. Log in with Steam
3. Add your email

You can also link your twitch account in the same place, on the right-hand side under Social Profiles.

Also, I think that maybe they have such issue with account conflicts as it you are mentioning it in your web page: "What causes an account Conflict"

Because for me, it was that the cause when I tried to link my old WG account with Steam as I had both NA and EU accounts.

If nothing helps them then the only way is to submit a ticket to your Customer Support (I think the one that is called "anonymous"? )

I can’t access or see the battlepass anywhere. Help?

Will an all COOP/PVE mode be added soon during early development stages of the game? I know that Skirmish is "technically" PVE/PVP hybrid but I'd love for there to be a pure PVE and COOP mode where you hunt down AI enemies with a squad or something. But instead of the AI being robots, they could be organic beasts or something. Just wondering.
