What it's Missing (List)...
I was going to only post my thoughts here, I've re-decided that I want to include others ideas I agree with and have a list compiling the best suggestions. An easy place for devs/mods to check for insight. I'll give credit next to the idea.
What do you think the game is missing (QoL, Gamemode, Hunter-type, etc.)?

1) Swap shoulders, this is required in TPS shooters. As it is currently peeking right of a wall is your only safe choice, peeking left means you are fully exposed. ***PRIORITY

2) Post Game scoreboard + match history (last 20 games or so)

3) Mech selection at start of drop, have 10seconds to choose desired mech. I can't stand being Trenchwalker and getting paired with sniper.

4) Poorly explained currencies. This has been either remedied or I didn't realize the wallet had the descriptions.

5) EoM rewards for 1st place good enough?

6) XP bar in game, Where is it? (I don't know if this matters, we get XP for kills, but in-game ENERGY is what levels up our Hunters to a max of lvl5, which is represented in the lower right of the screen)

7) Compass in game, where is it?

8) Hold and drag multi-function ping system.

9) VoIP? How did this launch without team voip? Edit1: I've played this game quite a bit today and this is extremely detrimental...fights our team should not lose are lost because we can't speak to one another...please make this one a priority.

10) Clamber and Climbing system to scale boulders, walls, etc.

11) Dashing should NOT cancel a reload

12) Weaver wall ability a bit too OP? Actually, I think Weaver overall is OP. Edit#2, weaver is very broken. Please nerf asap. Seems like laser gatling WITH FIRE DOT, wtf were you thinking?!

13) Colossus usable should drop from an actual Colossus that players have to kill in game, it should NOT be a random drop from enemies/chests.

14) Ensure the loot tables have all flavors for all enemies, obviously lower chance for drones to drop epic, legendary modules.

15) Factor KDA, Mech level, system tree "sections" into MP algorithm.

16) I guess we are in week 2 of the season on day1 of EA....what?? Cannot unlock anything from week 1. Marvel: Rivals, allows players to mass accrue weeklies, dailies so you can take extended breaks from the game, come back and have plenty to catch up on. All weeks should be complete-able during a season. E.g. it's week 5 = the player can complete everything from week 5 to week 1 during week 5.

17) Career stats. Total kills, deaths, assists, etc.

18) Firing while in the air? Should this be a thing or leave as is?

19) Jump and melee = downward thrust (angled 45 degree)?

20) Trenchwalker Leech Gun should also be usable to heal the ally when shooting them.

21) Toggle ADS **Cyclo

22) Free-Camera sensitivity slider. Currently this free-camera (whatever it's called in-game) is SO slow it's not worth using. Need a sensitivity slider. When the free-camera button is depressed the camera should snap back to exactly the way the Hunter was aiming. I've had this free-camera jolt my Hunter off course when it snaps back.

23) Toggle option to display ALL currencies on the top of the menu UI

24) HUD side and/or position options. The message that pop up make me think I'm under fire at times.

25) Better PVE. New events, drone swarms, AI Hunters (rogue). I'm not going to brainstorm and figure this out for you for free. Just know what you currently have is barebones and not good enough.

26) Game modes: Capture the Flag, Deathmatch, King of the Hill, VIP, etc.. There are a ton out there. DON'T have different choices in the PLAY area. When devs do this they split the MP pool of players and currently there are far less playing that anticipated so far. Instead put these different game modes into PLAY but on a vote-to-play system. Alike Halo 3. Instead in this go around we choose the map (there is only currently 1 think), so for now we just vote for the game mode.

27) Gear crates. These should come from multiple sources. I don't know if the dailies look at all players Hunters, one hunter or what to determine which dailies to give or if it's just random. One of the dailies is dismantle gear. In Hunter Tier 1 NO GEAR DROPS, at least I've never seen it or noticed it. This must change. In Hunter Tier 1, grey with a chance at green gear should be dropping.

28) Placing top 2 should reward a gear crate. Gear crates should drop gear of the equivalent Tier. So if in Hunter Tier 1 matchmaking and placing 1st or 2nd then a gear crate with grey and/or low chance of green gear drops. More incentive to win and more rewarding (currently feels very underwhelming getting 1st place).

29) Dynamic spawns for Drop Pod (loot). Currently the game is set to spawn drop pod (lvl2) near where two player teams are, which obviously the devs want the two teams to fight and likely one gets eliminated. Which then leads into the next suggestion...

30) Dynamic spawns for Hunting Grounds. Currently the game is set to spawn a Hunting Ground near where two/four teams close.

31) Game Modes. Current game mode is poorly implemented IMO. We do need the staples for many MP games; King of the Hill, Capture the Flag, Team Deathmatch, Rumble Pit (no teams but deathmatch)??. Reply with any mode I missed that would be a good fit, I'll add it here.

13 is an excellent suggestion, would help make an interesting optional objective on the map.

in regards to 2 - go to your inbox, it has all your previous matches.
Would be nice to have a 3 v 3 mode for say, first to 15 wins?

it would be nice to see the system trees without having to purchase a hunter.
Match length increased 3-5 minutes? The end game feels unbelievably rushed, maybe this could be done by extending the extraction timer once someone starts it.

I'm wondering if this half baked extraction should even stay in the game in that state it's in. It might be better to go with a Division style extraction where YOU the player call it in then the entire map is alerted that someone is attempting to extract.
or have an extraction mode, death match mode, team death match mode, objective capture based mode.... the game has the ground work done to make a bunch of fun engagements and types of competition and i feel its current situation is just....meh.
These devs have never listened to any feedback or advice I have given them.

Skill based match making and toggle aim down sights are the absolute minimum the game needs or it won't survive long term.

6. You mean your mech xp? It's in the right bottom corner.

10. Only with some agile mech

11. Same as point 10, only some agile mech should be able to reload while dashing

13. Agreed, you should have to kill something powerful OR make it alerts others players

15. I don't know how it works but yes someone who has his skill tree almost completed shouldn't fight low level mechs. I don't know how they'll do it, World of Tanks had tiers so it was easy.

26. PRIORITY should be game modes imo, or it will get boring very fast.

Agreed with all the rest

Also I know it's wip but I feel there's a lack of impact with most guns and even melee.
