Twitch Drops

I added a Twitch account to my WRG account, but I haven't been able to pick up my drops for half a day now, and Twitch doesn't show that our accounts are linked.
Is it possible that at least something from this developer will work normally... otherwise everything is going down the drain. Why do you even release games and promotions if you can't get everything right the first time?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues. You can check if your account is actually linked on the following page towards the bottom, where you should see Wargaming.net if it is linked: https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections

The display of the link on the drops page on Twitch is unfortunately not always accurate.

If you are having any issues, please unlink and relink your account here and it should resolve: https://wargaming.net/personal/

This is not my first day dealing with drops. I have been looting all sorts of rewards for over 5 years. And of course, I double-checked everything before writing.

I believe you are talking about the Exp and skin from Twitch?

Did you stay and watch a live Twitch about Steel Hunters for 2 whole hours? Do check your Twitch inventory to see if you did.

I have done that yesterday and I got both of them just fine (the 1 hour and 2 hours rewards).

Be aware though that if someone plays Steel Hunters live on Twitch and for some reason they later change to play a different type of game on Twitch Live then the rewards % will stop counting (I notice it myself yesterday as someone who was live Twitch the Steel Hunters stopped playing and changed to a different game).

Of course, I looked through everything and linked all the necessary accounts. I wrote above, I have been collecting goodies from Twitch drops for more than 5 years. When I click "connect" I am transferred to the WRG website, and in my personal account everything is connected, I posted screenshots above in the post.

The only thing I can assume is that Russians can't take Twitch drops, but that's a whole new level of scum.
Then I'll ask all my friends to throw in negative reviews for such a piggish attitude.

Have you seen my screenshots? I have fulfilled all the necessary conditions. Maybe the reward from the drops is not available for Russian players?

You are not the only one not able to get the Twitch drops.
I'm in Australia and did exactly the same thing, watched vids, got the notifications, Claimed both rewards, and linked the Twitch and Wargaming Accounts. Unfortunately Twitch still displays the 'Connect' button under the individual Drops instead of the usua; 'Tick' (Wargaming Account show they are linked).
I've opened up a ticket as it's been more then a day since Claiming the Drops..

Im having the same problem, all they did when they answered my ticket was the same as the devoloper at the beginning of this post, telling me the obvious things ive already checked and also already told / showed them via screenshots. It seems some of us are just not ment to get the twitch drops

Ну с кайфом. Причем, выше, мне написал типо представитель игры, комьюнити менеджер и по сути вообще ничем не помог, скинул базовые ссылки, чисто пукнул и ушёл. Я прям уже чувствую, какой у игры уровень качества, глядя на разрабов.
