Can't link steam acc to wargaming acc
when i try to log in to my wargaming account, i get an ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Ahoy. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you are having any issues, please go to your Wargaming account (Account Management), login there with your email and then on the right hand side under social profiles, add steam/twitch and so on. This should connect your accounts and you will be able to log in through steam. Thank you in advance.

I tried to sign in with Steam and found that I still need to create a new ID and password.

the problem is not in the game
I can't log in to my wargaming account because I have ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error.
I can't find where to write to support about it.

Ahoyyy this does not work ..
1) If you know the account your email belongs to, you can try to log into it by using email and password -> your WG account now will be linked to this Steam Account.
2) If you know for sure that this email address was never used for any WG games, please try to contact our game support by pressing to the Support link at the bottom of the window.

1) didn't work, incorrect email/password (I'm absolutely sure they're correct)
