Yeah I do not have that experience and I am exclusively solo queuing. Sure I run into a idiot here and there, but I see those on the enemy teams just as much. The only way I can see someone completely bombing in this game like you are describing is if you are making demands of the other player, and then die and blame the other player for not following your commands. You gotta be willing to follow the other player's lead if they arent responding to your pings.
I didn't say that it was always your fault, but you are 50% of your team. When you lose a fight think about what you could have done better to improve in the future. If you are even an average skill player you should be clutching the occasional team fight even with 100% always terrible partners. You also need to be aware of how the other hunters play to make estimations on how they will behave in combat.
And then by the time you level up and improve your hunter more, you're going to be put into arenas where you're still near the bottom of the level range. But you'll occasionally get to be near the top of the level range too, just not as often.
Some ways to alleviate having a terrible ally is to have a friend play with you. If that's hard, you can always jump into their discord and try to find someone there. Then you can even jump into the voice chat with them for some better coordination.
Otherwise you will just need to get good at carrying the team, and don't worry about first place as much. The game isn't balanced and isn't intended to be. Characters can get stronger through progression outside the matches and through collecting energy and pickups inside the matches. It's rare to be in a situation where it's a balanced fight. Particularly when the RNG can give people a colossus or even hit lvl 3 before the first engagement if they find some good chests.
I would say that Fenris is the hardest hunter to play, though. He very much relies on perfect positioning, and his blink is a pretty long CD.
