Gear doesnt actually work

I have gear equipped on my trenchwalker that is supposed to start him with a core. I upgraded it so it should give 2 cores at start, but i never have any cores when i start a match. Also theres supposed to be a repair outside of battle stat, that seems to do nothing as well. I dont think any of the gear i equip is actually doing anything.

Was the same when i unlocked it but now works try exiting the game so it can detect it or something no idea.

Structure from drone kills also doesn't work on scout drones. So that's pretty useless.

i tried this and it still wouldnt work for me. and my teammate said he had the level one version and it only sometimes worked.

difficult to tell if gear is working i have the passive heal out of combat and it works but that one is easy to confirm
theres also still an AP increasing gear even tho ap was reworked
and ap scaling in general seems to not be working at least on prophet
