I'm really excited about this game after seeing the Twitter post from Jul 31st. Two seconds into the video you can see the options for logo design, custom rosters, and playbook design. Idk if playbook design lets you create your own plays or just a playbook from existing plays.

Creating logos and leagues is going to be great. Besides recreating existing teams from the NFL, NCAA, and Indoor League, I'm excited about importing other logos from my childhood toys. It'll be really fun to see Autobots vs Decepticons in a championship game. Or maybe just create my own X-men team. LOL

Having the HEX Code is great for reusing the same blues, reds, etc from custom team to custom team.

The video didn't show having a home and away jerseys but I'm sure each team does.
