auto rebirth t3
which pet do i need to catch in order to have the option to use auto rebirth t3?

Purple treant is the one for auto rebirth T3 (you also need the normal fairy for all auto rebirths).

im not sure that i got purple traps unlocked.
is there any source for them besides quests?

Rank 5 of the trapper (town building) unlocks them in the shop but before that they only come from quests.
What you get from quests should be more than enough to get the first rank of purple treants though.
