10 Global Skill slots?

So, now there are 10 possible global skill slots possible. What happens if you have more than 8? Is it wasted?

There are 11 possible for f2p players, up to 13 with the DLC and bundle. And up to 9 class skills. When a skill set gets more than 8 skills, it gets another page and a set of arrows to navigate the pages.

I bough 1 with a bundle.
Including that one I found 11. (12 if there's one in a DLC)

Current global skill slot sources:
4 from imitating (imitating lv 4 is very not worth it)
1 from solo arachnetta
3 from mission milestones
1 from dojo lv 40
2 from epic store
1 from DLC
1 from bundle

Current class skill slot sources:
1 base
4 from class master quests
1 from arachnetta
1 from epic store
2 from T2 rebirth (maxed T4 rebirth upgrades required for the 2nd one)

OOOH, Imitating has 4 levels... I thought it capped at 3 since it was so absurdly expensive.
