You will need to level the alchemist hut to 100 to unlock it, which means rank 5 statue of heroes, which means guild level 100.
If you are nowhere near that guild level 100, consider doing relatively quick WA to pump levels into guild exp booster.
You can also boost guild exp through the "guild member emblem" you can get from handicapped challenges (another reason to do WAs) as well as super guild levels from getting character levels in the super dungeon for all characters (which can also quickly slow down until you do a WA, super guild level does not reset on WA).
So basically, unless you are already able to get guild level 100 without too long of a grind you probably will want to do some WAs, focusing on challenges and super dungeons for their rewards as well during that time.
Preferably in a region where you invested a lot into exp, while keeping the clear time as low as possible.
Basically, you want a quick clear of the 10 waves while getting at least the minimum level to rebirth.
Any surplus levels are fine but you want to keep the time as low as possible.
If you are advanced enough into the game, you can also do rebirth 2, possibly even rebirth 3 with the same exact setup, as long as it doesn't take longer.
Rebirth 2 and 3 are more beneficial for your overall progress, especially if you already maxed out rebirth 1, but time is the most important factor for guild exp.
To give you an example, I used the treant region, I should probably have used the foxes for a quicker clear but I needed to unlock the treant dungeons for a different goal.
At that point even if enemies are slow it doesn't change all that much.
Foxes are also decently quick, on top of being easy to kill, making them quite similar to bats.
Once you beat floor 100 (well, a global quest asking you to clear it to be more accurate), you unlock the ability to start using modifiers for that dungeon, which adds various things to enhance the difficulty.
If you look next to the modifiers button, you will see a modifier milestone that unlocks various things, 70 unlocks a new gem in rituals which is what Darnavir is talking about.
Obsidian from M70 is a direct kill count multiplier for quests (affects taming point gain from kills and mimics for the achievement too). Clearing slime F100 is very useful, the gem rituals it unlocks stay through WAs and are very useful.
