Game keeps crashing

not entirely sure whats happening or whats causing the crash it happens randomly few times while loading in few times while actively in match couple times in lobby keep get this error " code exception_access_violation reading address 0x0000000000000118 " and also
" groundbranch_win64_shipping " if anyone has any ideas or has had this issues plz help
