How do you select modifier keys in your binds?
I have been trying to setup a control scheme for a friend that has to use a controller and we cannot seem to understand how to set up modifier inputs when remapping their controls. We put in X or Y but cannot add on the left or right bumper. Seems like the same on keyboard, I cannot use the shift or alt keys as modifiers either. Does anyone know how to properly set more than one input on a keybind?

When you click a keybind to change it and the dialog pops up, you should be seeing a row with the available modifiers below the keybind you're setting. They show up as pulsating key icons.

Simply left-click one or more of them to set them as modifiers for the action.

Does that help or have I misunderstood your issue? Let us know!

I did not know that once you bind your key and then highlight the modifier and then press okay, that it would add the modifier to the control. I was so convinced that pressing another key would make it appear above the modifier menu next to the original key. Looks like I have it figured out now.
Would there any plans to add more modifier keys in the future, especially for controllers? Thank you for the response!

I think originally it was difficult to detect combinations of keys, so it ended up the way it is currently.

Pretty old implementation at this point :)
