The game is still being worked on. The Delta Force series is a different type of game compared to the games that inspired Ground Branch.

I think you meant this game has been early access for many years which probably will be fully released in 2042 hopefully

Game flopped because the updates are horrendously slow. No one cares if it's a small team of developers either.

People shouldn't bash me for telling the truth. They'll say, " It's early access for a reason."
Yeah, we all obviously know that, but the game has been in early access since 2018! It's almost 2025 now, people!

The devs will release useless hotfixes but not fix weird bugs in the game. Replayability will become stale, as will the same aimbot enemies, toxic admins, and no storyline.

For example, one bug in the game that others complain about is people shooting in the range, which is bad because they can hear it during the mission, too. Want to know what people did to fix it? They put a gate blocking the range. Like, omg.

bad AI is the main reason this game is not fun. however this is just a personal opinion (the not fun part)

1 year no communication just sit reps with screenshots and walls of text. Game releases a year later total garbage.

i like both games but now, this game is sunday league division compared to Ready or Not who is playing in the champions league now.

It wasnt the case in 2019 but 6 years later the difference is huge now.

Yes, 10 years.

The ratings of the game on steam are very good because everybody is thrilled the first time they play the game because of course it is good on multiple aspects specially the weapons and gear customisations (then you realize helmets and plate carriers are just there for cosplay purposes)

Then later, months and years pass and you realize how minimum and slow is the developement of the game.

The game can still be good there is still a chance (and i hope so) but for that to happen they need to have a team introspection at blackfoot and look at themselves in a mirror first.

But honestly i dont think they will and that things will change because the game is a sucess as it is, it sells ok and all they have to do is to provide minimum work with one yearly update with a map and few boomsticks.

I personally think that the new game called Delta force is an insult to real Delta force members. It should be called Delta BEVGU

that's not even delta force it's another generic mtx ridden hero shooter with a familiar name to attract players.

yep I stay away of such crap, game as service, online only, account/login required...
plus the whole "free to play" aka full of microtransaction and pay to win BS.
when something is "free" you are the product anyway....

the ai snapshooting is out of this world. even messing with the custom settings, they still tap you once from across the map. terrible
