Multiplayer in 2025?

It shows cirka 200/300 online people. But is it true? Can i find matches in europe everyday?

It's pretty sparse, the popularity has definitely declined.

The good news is that it doesn't take many people to play, 3 - 4 is usually 'enough.'

The problem, i find, is that most of the players are pretty burnt out so its just 24/7 killhouse or cobbled together map mods that look and play like ass. The original maps are far more enjoyable but that's subjective.

If you are lucky, you can find a server with serious players, with a good selection of weapon mods, playing on original maps, but this is rare.

TLDR: yeah you'll find a match at almost any hour, it just won't be as fun as it could be.

Just wanna chime in to share my pov. First, I want to share that I'm from the Philippines, or SEA. All that means is that basically I have bad ping when connecting to most servers (300+)

That being said, almost everyday there's like 4-10 people playing in one server and I have a "good" experience mostly if there's 3 or 5 other people. If there's a lot of players, I get huge netlag or rubber banding, definitely because of my location. when I'm connecting to a NA or Europe server.

Sometimes I get lucky if there's an Australia or Asia server that's packed with people.

What I'm saying is, I would say I still have an acceptable multiplayer experience even if I'm living in SEA, I wager peeps from the west would too assuming you have the same standards as me I guess.

I really like this game though, much better than I like Ready or Not. Again, your tolerance might differ from mine. When I really want to play and can't connect to anyone I just play lonewolf, or join an empty server, play for a bit and more people will join if I'm lucky
