if you want to host go into server instead of local settings
all players must manually enable mods they want play and drop them into the window below where they are listed, highlight the mod and click on the little arrow facing down to add them.
that worked for my mate and myself.

I will over this weekend disable and delete all the mods I have in local and server, reboot and play default then exit and start adding the mods back in to see what happens. The server has stopped downloading the mods automatically to anyone that joins also.
Like I said, I was playing with a friend, just changed the map via F8 and after that the mods stoped working. They worked before in the same seassion. I did not close the game so this is a bug.
Do you remember if it was a mod map you changed to? Was it Run down - room clearance only? Terrorist hunt
it was a mod map, but I cant remeber wich one..but not the one you mentioned as I didnt subscribed to it.
I disabled and deleted all the mods, local and server side and submitted the changes. *
Restarted the game.
Loaded in to the hosted lobby with no mods.
Exited the game.
Resubscribed to all the mods.
Activated the mods in local
Added the mods to server.
Restarted the game.
Checked the Mutator tab and found 2 errors "The mutator failed to load. This is usually due to a programming error in Lua script"?
I clicked refresh list and 3 new mutators appeared to load correctly. Inventory management, Server management and Weapon restriction.
I then loaded in to a mod map and when 2 friends loaded in everything worked as normal for 2-3 rounds.
I will be trying it again later today but so far it fixed it.
* Some of the mods I needed to disable twice as the first time didn't work.
P.S. The server is still not auto downloading mods to joiners.

Started playing again tonight and played 3-4 round with no problems. On changing the map to 747(full map) all mod weapons vanished for joiners. So the game is borked for me somewhere.
