So...no more Country Flag Patches(other than Dev´s Own)?

So, i wonder what was the main drive to remove International Flag Patches of Countries, or rather i know...

With the conflicts currently ongoing in Ukraine and Gaza,amongst many other places, things can get heated between a player or another in a server for wearing an opposing country Patch. Yet, a majority of our community here are adults, some even former servicemen or even active military and i wonder is it that shameful or disrespectful wearing our Nation´s Colours?


I have seen multiple russian and ukranian players with the respective patches in the same servers joking together, working together and even have clips of it...

I´l proudly wear mine, its a flag patch its not meant to offend someone and if it does theres a serious problem with said people.

If this was your reasoning Devs, then why not remove the Pirate Patch or every Nation Patch while you re at it...it makes no sense, unless one is trying to please "Greeks and Trojans alike"..

i wonder if this was the reason to remove them, and would like to hear what you folks think of this. I will continue to play the game and support it regardless if the patches return or not BUT it is a very interesting decision nonetheless...

It is an issue that the devs do not want to see the dead horse flogged longer on. Probably best to leave it at that.
