Still GB has more in-depth gun mechanics and customization systems.
RON is an Law Enforcement Sim. It's PVE/COOP only, but there's also a single player campaign with friendly AI to command and a pretty good progression system with lots of maps and different objectives to complete. Also, AI is very good all around, specially compared to GB.
I'd recommend both, but if you want a more polished game, I'd go with RON.
GB should become a Tactical FPS in the future, according to the developer - currently you can play co-op or solo since it lacks friendly AI - and your targets are more "military-oriented". As it stands it is in early access, so it is far from being a complete game like RoN is
yeah right
Ready or Not is about a Delta Force team disguised as a SWAT team (jk). I say this because they only send 5 guys against 20 and it usually turns into a blood bath
The gunplay in GB is indeed light years ahead. Though I must say that the sound design in RoN is better with the guns. They've made sound adjustments in 1034, let's see how that pans out.
In RoN you get completely smoked with 10ms of seeing an enemy 100% of the time. In Ground Branch you at least have time to pid the target.
The vanity of minor differences. If you cannot compare two FPS mil sim you pretty much cannot compare anything ever.
It's been 2 YEARS since EA, game officially "released" and It feels more like handling terrorists or soldiers, not suspects and criminals.
