Dude its just 17€ and if you have at least two friends you can give it a shot (the tactical way).
Keep in mind its not BF, CoD, Tarkov or R6.

As far as I can tell there are good and there are bad teams. (mostly depending on age)
If you need FANZY Graphics its not for you.
If you like to practice for Airsoft or Paintball CQB you are right here.
Sticking together and comm are key.

BTW: The AI is stupid but has AIM. Thats cause the UE4 has no tactical part and the Devs have to build one for the game. (It just can get better)

Ground Branch =/= SWAT. Ground Branch = classic Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon games.

Not some Siege or Advanced Warfighter, but the first ones served in modern game dish.

I'd say worth buying for what it is and for what's it's supposed to be, seeing how great the devs work. I'm 2 patches in and the speed and quality of their work - given the facts it's just few dedicated people AND that they actually listen and talk to the community - is astonishing.

Game IS basic and content-lacking in many aspects at the moment. But aside from overtuned AI, it's perfectly playable - for an Early Access UE4 title, it's almost bugless and crashless.

If you head over the the BFS forums, you can find topics by Zoombapup and see how he has the AI doing things, especially in the early stages of its development and how they have progressed since he first started working on them.

As far as is the game worth it? Yes it is.

I had a crack at it before refunding. As others have already stated, the AI need a bit of work. Give it some time and I reckon it'll definitely be a good game. I'm more focused on cooperative games, and the AI at the moment are just too terrible for me to enjoy.

if you like to get shoot instant by AI its a good game. but there is a lack of content like weapons/gear/modding.
maybe in 3 years its playable.

I'm not sure I'd say there is a lack of weapon and gear content. Plenty of different things to choose from.
