Getting a white screen with loud static on Windows 10
So I just reinstalled this game, and all I get is a white screen with really loud static. I've tried everything. Tried all compatability options to no avail, that causes the game to complain that the Steam.DLL is missing. Can't figure out how to put the game into windowed mode. Nothing. I might have to try downloading the non-steam version to get this to work on windows 10.

Any one had any luck getting this to run? Any one got my same issue?

So I figured out how to fix the static. Got to disable MP2 and MP3 with the LAV decoder in the task bar after the game starts. Now I just need to figure out how to get the white screen to be fixed.

I guess it's back to Eve Online for now.

Try turning the intro video off in settings. Think it's something like that.

I believe balance mod has it already sorted.

How do I do that? I don't see that in the launcher or settings files.

My game work but in first turn game stop in "processing after all players turns..."
I have music and no errors.
Just do nothing
