why the ♥♥♥♥ is breaker so broken? its literally the most used move, and who thought it was a good idea to nerf rukia when shes already the worst character in the game? literally NONE of her moves work inside of a combo while toshiro has a true infinite combo. this game is deadass such a joke and couldve been something so much better

I cant see how Breaker is broken at all, its a mostly reactable mix up with counter play.
Rukia is decent, she aint one of the better characters but she is certainly not the worst.
She is 100% better then the likes of Kira, Hisage, Zaraki or Stark.

Toshiro does not have a true infinite, he has a combo that he can loop which is on a timer since it requires level 3 weather and on top of that 1stock of meter per loop. The damage of this combo for the requirements are not really all that impressive.

The fairly questionable Japanese Tierlist used for this game has Rukia and Toshiro in D right next to each other.

I would not agree with that take and think both are better then that with Toshiro noticably better then Rukia, but not a huge gap between them. Personally Id say Rukia is at worst just pretty middle of the pack

please learn what a failure is, in no way this game was a failure besides the bad pc launch and lack of modes
