Everyone else is still hypnotised, Ichigo's own perception isn't altered, but peoples perception of Ichigo can be influenced by Aizen. It's very possible his attempts to get through to them didn't get through until Aizen wanted them to.
I believe Aizen is canonically a massive troll and a$$hole. I don't think it was necessary for him to put Momo through all the $hit that he did, but he did it anyway.
