Can you intentionally lag switch by alt+tabbing?

I mean the game is p2p with poor netcode. So hypothetically, you can intentionally interrupt the frames, ping and lags by constantly booting different programs.

I've actually met someone, whether if it was legit lag or not, constantly doing this every time if he is either pressured or about to lose.

Once is coincidence. Twice is suspicious. Triple is certainty I suppose.
It happened to the same player in three matches :P

i dont know if its possible, but ive also fought some suss people, like we have perfect connection but as soon as hes getting comboed, and has health gets low, it starts lagging makeing me drop combos, then its back to perfect connection multiple times throughout the match and never laggs when im getting comboed.......sus
