Eligible for ban because of DC/Crashing during Online Play?

So, yesterday I had a message pop up for me stating the following:

"Due to the amount of Etiquette Infringement, your account is eligible to receive a ban. Please play with respect to your opponents."

Bandai, what the hell?! So, like now us who still have connectivity issues EVEN AFTER YOUR IDIOT PATCH that fixed mostly NOTHING, we're the ones held responsible for it? For YOUR mistake?!
Good to know I chucked 60 bucks at your broken PC release, did all the story with all 3 stars and secret plus real moments except for a few of them, tried to even 100% achievements(got lazy at one point and it doesn't really matter now if I am getting banned anyway), and even after after all that I seem to have "poor etiquette" in your eyes just because my game sometimes either just completely closes on its own in online play, I receive a message my opponent had DCed(even though both players receive that and it can't even be determined who is the one who actually DCed in the first place), or my game completely freezes during an animated scene like a flash step dodge or a Kikon Move.
And for the latter, I even sat there once for TWENTY WHOLE MINUTES, refusing to disconnect and hoping the game would unfreeze and bring me back to the menu.
Well, NOPE! So, I am sorry Bandai if I had to Alt+F4 a couple of time for that one absolutely idiotic bug which somehow you make out to be my fault instead of yours.
10/10 indie studio, greed is good. Thumbs up!

Man, i had the same problem but i dont alt+f4. I always just end task. I have had it 3 times now vs the same guy who must have potato internet or something.

Game stuttered and stuttered. Eventually i got sick of reading a fight from the Manga and task managered. if i got time to open task manager and end task in the middle of the fight without losing any health. theres a connectivity problem.

Yeahhhh...I just hope I didn't invest that amount of time in the game all to get banned over an issue that's not even caused by me.
I just did a very satisfying online match a couple of minutes before I am writing this without any issues whatsoever for example.
But thanks for the tip, I suppose if it occurs again, Imma follow your example instead from now on.

Oh absolutely, when it works, it WORKS.

I loved playing against an ulqiorra, first online match, we had 4 rounds together and each match ended up with us complimenting each other, 1st match i steamrolled, 2,3,4 all were so damn close it wasn't funny.

We ended up adding each other because "it's really hard to get a good match against someone in the game" even though we both have to sue translators to speak to each other.

If you want to have a slap around it seems to be the way (on the cesspool reddit), to just outright put up a request to fight or add people who you can confirm have solid internet.

I've already received the message that I am eligible for a ban, my dude. This is more of a vent post than anything else.
I also don't care if they fix it or not, I am just frustrated that they are punishing some of us(other people have reported this as well apparently in other threads) for something that is by no means our fault whatsoever.

Same issue. It really sad to see this notification if it's even not my fault. I don't really understand how it could work. They really can ban my account and i won't be able to play?
