Sealed Secret Moment (Help pls)

I've already completed the main story, completing all the secret moments and missions. But since the Hueco Mundo arc to the Karakura War arc, there are many fights where the secret moments are sealed. Does anyone know how to unlock them? I tried setting the difficulty to advanced, and the three-star quests offline.
Does anyone know how to unseal them?
