Bug: Unable to attack with Flash Attacks during certain situation

Anyone is having the same issue here? Mostly being triggered during story mode which the character will do a Flash attack at the beginning of the battle then It deactivates the Flash Attack however you're pressing the button.

(X on general Xbox controller or Square for PS Controller)

Tried again with swapping between the modes and it still there. This bug happened during the First Ichigo vs Renji Fight and Yoruichi vs SoiFon in the Soul Society Act so far.

There's also some camera bug and screen filter bug I triggered during the play through, wonder if there's a place to report it as well. Hope this game getting better after the dev team patches.

There's also a long loading while swapping between the equipment screen and standby screen during story mode

if u don't connect with the hit the combo never starts? Flash attack is Y Triangle, Quick attack is X Square. Go far away and mash X and it will do single hits is that what u meant? Very sad that there are load times its a playstation game... they got rid of load screen back for ps3, monster hunter wilds has the strong feeling of playstation's no loading screens. completely seemless even when going to town or fight a monster even changing worlds takes less time than opening the Menu in this game...

Ops, I think they might be some misunderstanding on my side (I'm playing in Japanese I think I get it wrong in English) But yeah, it is the X Square attack.

When the battle started it triggered a X Square attack automatically before I'm able to mash the X attack. After that, I won't able to do that attack as somehow It won't detect it when I pressing the X button.
