Report a translation problem
Before all else: top left click Steam and Exit. When you reboot maybe a Steam update will be presented.
Then "of course" start steam
Go to Library, choose Bleach -> right click->properties->installed files -> browse: if there's anything there: delete it.
Otherwise
go right click on Bleach and do; very file integrity.
Also, sometimes, having double the game size of free storage, do the trick
