Remains to be seen if I'll face more issues or crashes beyond this, but they still launched this in an unacceptable way.
Pointing it out only cuz in future if you get into a heated argument, this one's a free bullet against ya.
I did think that after posting it. I think I was just gonna say "till the update today", but also thought to mention since day 1 during it, but the sentence doesn't fully make sense as you pointed out just adding it in ha. Seems to be more common lately for multiple thoughts ruining a sentence ha.
To be fair, it'd be a pretty weak bullet if that'd be the only thing, not that I think anything else I posted would be argument worthy. Argue it's fine for a game not booting day 1? Argue against my personal experience?
As an update too, I did get through the tutorial and started the story, I did have another crash during that.. but partly my fault too. The cinematics took so long, and with me not pressing anything, my monitor went into standby, after waking it back up, the game crashed, so.. game's fault for not recovering from that, but monitor going into standby isn't really a normal thing during a game either.
To clarify too, I'm not saying this to downplay crashes for others, I can well believe it's still happening for some. The first update didn't do anything for me either and it seems Bandai Namco are still eager to get more info. Just wanted to state the patches do seem to be working for some at least, and in this case me.
It happens a lot to me too (and also a lot of other people I guess), you first you try to say 1 thing, then midsentence change your mind and try to write something else, then it mixes up and the result is a mess :P
What I meant about the bullet btw, was a kind reminder that there are many chimps roaming the internet, who don't really need to use logic or common sense during arguments, there's some people who would use legit anything to try and undermine your statements, pretty childish I know, but still there are tons of "yo mama's a beach so you're wrong" kids, so mine was just a warning for THOSE kinds of discussions.
It could happen when you're trying to convey some message that a random troll starts saying "its all bs, you don't even know english, so ur dumb and what you said has no meaning xdxdxd1!1!1!"
Have a nice day ^^
