I'm still trying to understand some of the descriptions and how they differ myself.

I really like these ones.....Best > Others
Red; Trump card > Lean in
Blue Ardor > Efficiency
Green: Inversion > White Shift > Light weight
Yellow > Convert > Guardian /(False opposition if u have trouble with Thick skinned Hollow)

How do they work exactly? I dont get it... DO you just equip them and boom they work? and how do you use them in online?

just pick one you like and upgrade it to max. no matter which one you choose it will be very effective on max level. thats what i did
