1- I'm not a technical engineer so this might not work and if so I'm sorry.

2-I have a NVIDIA 2060 (mobile) so this might be not the solution for AMD
[way below the minimum I know...] [tell me if it works for AMD too]

3-I run the game at
1260x760 (BORDER-LESS) 60,OFF,OFF,LOW,HIGH,LOW,LOW,LOW
IF you want to copy my settings for whatever reason lower display setting to 1260x760
so the game is still technically full-screen (Right click on desktop -> display settings)

4-Works For BOTH High&Low Settings!!!!

was semi playable for me from the start ngl... idk why but maybe cuz i had that registry thingy correct even tho i live in Egypt

Thanks, worked great for me so far. i only changed the limit on the BLEACH_Rebirth_of_Souls.exe file so i won't have to make a global change. have you tried other limits other than 30? i wonder if its about the amount or the stability.

How do you run the game at 1260x720 borderless? Do you mean windowed?
When I do borerless in-game, the game greys out the resolution settings and I stay at my native resolution (1920x1080). Can you let me know how you've manage to run in fullscreen borderless at lower resolution?

Just undo it after u play or play windowed or full-screen and see what happens
