About Secret Moments

Since I've unlocked all available Secret Missions and completed all character storylines, why are there still Secret Moments marked as 'Locked' in the menu?

I want to know how the secret moments work, idk what i need to do to trigger it

Secret moments are unlocked by doing character side missions.

Then you complete the secret moment to unlock more of the character's side missions.

Secret moments are combat missions that have to be fulfilled at certain story mission or in character's side story. Before the battle begins there is always info about true moment or secret mission.
True moments can have multiple parts. For example battle against Jidanbo you need to do more than one true moment. The requirement can be seen during battle. When fulfilling the first condition, there is a short conversation during battle and after it ends the next condition is showed.
Secret moments work the same way but I've only seen those have just a one part. When it is fulfilled usually one character moment is opened in side stories. Many characters get their first one opened after soul society arc.
Conditions can be something akin to win battle without losing a single hp(konpaku) or something else.

When true moment or secret mission is fulfilled, it can be seen marked at the result screen after the battle at bottom with cross. There is also a notification during battle that it has been fulfilled and message disappears from the screen.

i already finished all secret missions, character story, real moment, and main story I can. But all secret moment in main story are still showing "unlock"(im playing it with Chinese version, so im not sure the translation in other language version call what. I think maybe is "sealed"?) I don't even know what conditions I need to finish to unlock it.

So you are saying that you have completed secret missions successfully like for example Ishida against Mayuri where the mission is to reduce reishi to 0 with the first skill "Quincy Arrow"? That missions opens the first secret story for Ishida.
When secret story opened, there should be a summary shown of the chapter. When the secret story is cleared, there should be red colored "Clear" sign showed on the chapter.

The conditions for unlocking message is a sign that the chapter is not yet opened and you have yet to fulfill the secret mission conditions.
If you really have fulfilled those secret missions and can go to the character chapters then it sounds like a bug where message is not updated for some reason.

Progress the story.

Finish the story then do all the secret missions to unlock secret moments.

then complete secret moments to unlock the rest of the secret missions.

Yes, I have already unlocked all secret missions and character stories for all my characters. The only ones still locked seem to be those that require completing a secret moment.

The biggest issue is that, for example, in Rukia’s story, I only have one last part left. I clearly know this story is related to Aaroniero, but when I open the main story, the secret mission doesn’t show any conditions—just a locked status.

So, in order to unlock all missions, I completed all the missions and tasks that were already displayed. However, many characters still have their secret moments locked in the main story, and the unlock conditions are not shown.

yes iknow! But when I open Kaien and Rukia, they both show ???? for the last story, and they don't give me even a chance to know how to unlock the requirements. I even opened that chapter of the main story, but it doesn’t tell me the conditions—only that it’s still locked. This has become a dead loop. Even though I know these two characters' stories are connected and should be unlocked in this chapter, there’s no way to progress.

In Strays howling at the wind it says defeat renji using spiritual pressure move 1 and I have been but it doesnt unlock, is it glitched or something cause im doing what it tells me to do.

It is a real moment which sometimes have multiple phases. You have to first land kikon move(hp damage move at red bar or 0% opponent) without losing any hp yourself. Then the actual described requirement is needed next which is the reduce reishi(secondary hp) to 0 with spiritual pressure move 1.

Regarding sealed moment which this post has had as a topic. Those are opened after the whole story is completed (all arcs).
