1; Optimize the entire game. The "Unlimited FPS" feature currently results in unstable 60 FPS with lag, which requires refinement.

2; Severely limited character roster. Given the Bleach universe includes over 1,000 characters, offering only 30+ is unacceptable for a paid game. At minimum, the story and roster should extend through the Thousand-Year Blood War (TYBW) arc, akin to the Bleach: Brave Souls mobile game. This current state suggests an unfinished product.

3; Frequent crashes plague the game. Additionally, it lacks compatibility with modern operating systems, particularly updated European regional versions.

4; Implement a Battle Pass system to incentivize monthly collection and farming activities, enhancing long-term engagement. (Of course, the Battle Pass should not include any items that provide gameplay advantages. It should exclusively offer character appearances, cosmetics, or even items that do not grant any competitive edge over others. This ensures no 'Pay to Win' products can be purchased with real money, thereby maintaining balance between wealthy and less affluent players.)

5; Introduce a ranked system for online battles. Without competitive progression, matches lose purpose after 2-3 attempts, leading to player attrition.

6; Expand the map selection. The current limited environments do not reflect the diverse locales featured in the anime series.

7; The settings menu is inadequately designed. Essential options like disabling blur/bloom effects and integrating AMD FSR or NVIDIA DLSS technologies are absent, and much more....

8; Regular weekly or monthly events are critical. Post-story completion, the game lacks replayability, becoming monotonous without incentives to farm or explore new content.

9; For a premium price of 99.99 EUR, this game delivers an inexcusably poor-quality, incomplete, and bug-ridden experience. The combination of technical instability (crashes, optimization failures), severely lacking content (minimal characters, maps, settings), and absent core features (ranked modes, events, modern technologies) renders it unworthy of its cost or the Bleach franchise’s legacy. Bandai Namco, as a reputable publisher, must not release such an unfinished, low-effort product to consumers. This game’s current state is unacceptable—a blatant disregard for player investment and expectations.

We demand immediate, comprehensive fixes to all listed issues, expansion of content to match the anime’s scope, and compensation for delivering a product that fails to meet even baseline industry standards.

buddy the devs are not able to fix anything since days , dont even hope for ranked or anything like that. U will get some DLC chars, who should already be in the game from the start and thats it. Refund = Best gameplan here.

Most anime games come out with what, 15? 20 characters? you get the first game in 15 years with 33 characters (+4 DLC) and you guys keep crying about it, seriously, people will never cease to amaze me, do you guys know what Tamsoft is? a small developer, a REALLY SMALL developer, yet they made an awesome game with such a small team, if you want these things then stop crying and support them so there is a future for this game

These incompetent devs don't even bother testing their games before release or fix a simple ass system region problem in 2 days. There is no way they are gonna fix anything.

You'll get a 30 buck cash grab dlc in a few months at best.

Just refund while you can.

Stop being butthurt and scking a Cash Grab Indie dev Teams ass. There are Indie Studios without as much money as they had , who bring out way better games and actually test their games. Bad netcode, Bad Performance, 99% cant play rn, no crossplay, no ranked ( which isnt even a big Problem), blury graphics. Like Man the list is longer than the lifetime of the game lel.

I gotta say, the game has a cool combat system tho (it feels new), sick music and overall a nice style.
But ye the devs fcked up. Accept it. And im saying that as a bleach Fan.
