I hope the devs don't give up on the game

This game bombed hard on PC with lots of people experiencing various technical issues. The game deserves the flak it's getting, it's fair to expect a working product on release.

I don't know how it's doing on console but like I believe there's a good, even great game here, I magically dodged the issues somehow, I'm able to play the game smoothly no crashes and no bugs with the music and very much enjoy how it plays and I want more.

I want to see them fix the game for people and I know there's a bunch of fixes but we shouldn't have to be going through all this stuff to get it working the game should work as is. I'd love to see more quality of life stuff, playing though the story a big thing that's bugging me is I can't access game setting whatsoever during battle, not even adjust volume options. There's no quick way to restart I have to play a battle to its conclusion or return to the chapter screen and skip the cut scenes and it would be nice to be able to be able to see the talismans and soul crystals I have and upgrade them without having to go into the mission mode, there should be a way direct to them from the main menu or maybe the extras menu.

I have some *relatively* minor issues. I don't like Stark and Renji kicking of with their resurrection and shikai from the get go, I wanna go through the thing of powering up to those, like especially Stark, cero's without moving are wicked.

And like I don't mind that Hiyori and Nemu assist Shinji and Mayuri respectively but it does give me the impression they won't make it in as individual playable characters later and that sucks, there's tonnes of characters in Bleach and they're all gunna have their fans and I believe it'd be worth the effort to shove as many as possible in.

Tell me your thoughts. Those of you who are able to actually play the game without issue whether it worked from the get go or you managed to fix it. I don't expect this to get the developers attention but maybe some other folks will see it. If the game works for you what would you like to see added to the game if you're enjoying it?

Yeah definitely I agree with you. Another issue is the multiplayer is limited to your steam download region. Like I'm in Australia and wanted to play with a friend overseas, I had to change my steam download region to his to see and get into his game room. We shouldn't have to do that.

While I agree with you, could you imagine cross play with the way the PC version is glitching on over half the people?

The isolation of it may actually save the game's popularity long enough for them to fix the PC version.

At this point, better it all be fixed first and THEN cross play be introduced in a month, assuming they ever consider that an option.

Also the publisher has a history of leaving their published games in bad states.

They probably run a skeleton crew as soon as possible.

I certainly hope they don't ditch this one. I am genuinely having a lot of fun with it like when it's working it's a great game and has a lot of potential.

When you have a launch this bad I don't think there's coming back from it, I think this kinda thing is a bit too niche to really come back even if they make it work properly and add more stuff, but I hope they do all the same for the people that do stick around.

The only reason people are struggling to play the game on pc is cuz they don't update their drivers or their running on unsupported hardware/potato pc. Their internet connection can also lead to issues if they are playing online. But yes the game should have crossplay. The lack of a ranked system is kinda of a let down but I'm sure that will be added at some point. The combat can be a little janky/stiff at times with certain characters but overall it's not bad. The biggest draw i have with the game so far is the narrator in the story is awful. Also have to keep in mind that a lot of day one release games will have their bugs. And some may effect performance but ultimately it's the pc the user is playing on that leads to those issues. Kinda like monster hunter wilds. Everyone was complaining about the performance when they were running the game on low end pcs. Another draw I have with the game is the character roster itself. Like yeah there all known characters but like they are missing quite a few. Their reasoning was that those characters added little to the story or were not important lol maybe a few sure. But yumichika imo had a good fight during the Arancar arc, even tho it was sort one sided. He still could have been added to the roster. I mean they added Nell for crying out loud lol i mean ya she was imprtant in the Arancar arc but she only had one fight sequence and it was pretty short at that. Yumichika also had an imprtant fight in the arancar arc during Aisen's invasion of the world of the living but he got excluded from the roster. Yumichika was almost always with Ikaku so why they deemed him as having little importance and Ikaku being more imprtant is beyond me lol I can understand them skipping over the Bounts. That arc was kinda dull tbh.

dog im having performance issues and the only difference between my pc and the recommended specs is that i have a 2080 and not a 2080 ti
this game was not made for pc players, it was made to scam pc players and thats VERY clear

another delusional user who blames "your pc is bad" & "you didnt update your drivers" what a absolute joke. instead of blaming other people you should blame this greedy company for releasing a unfinished buggy mess of a game. this is a unacceptable PC port, many people have good specs and they still cant play the game - its been 3 days where on earth is a proper big patch WITH ACTUAL PATCH NOTES that actually fixes the game?? they only care for our money

The game has 4k players on its release weekend, it's literally dead on arrival without crossplay :S
