I WAITED 2 MONTH AND 10 DAYS FOR THIS GAME TO RELEASE AND I CANT PLAY BEACAUSE ITS CRASHING !!!!!!!

Try running it as administrator, it might be a solution.

blud everyone is playin rn u need to change windows language to japanesse and its workin i just defeated byakuya

It works. In my pc fps hmm not fine but works at least.
1. Change region to japanes (hour, region, keyboard, sistem, all)
2. Change game language to japanese (no steam, only game)
3. Compatibily win 8 activated
4. Execute as administrator
5. Be sure game run in your main gpu (FIRST LAUNCH INTEGRATED GPU WAS USED AND 4 FPS XD)
6. Launch game from installed dir, not from steam main page, because easy anti cheat bug the sound...
