feels like a different type of crash?

so since i started playing the game yesterday when it got installed, I've been having these kind of weird crashes. ill be able to get into the game, and ill be able to start some thing up like an offline version or the training but after a few minutes of the game being open it just kind of stop working for me.

ill be in the middle of a fight and then all of a sudden the screen freezes. once the screen freezes ill still be able to hear a little bit of audio and hear myself moving and the fight progress for about 4-5 seconds then ill hear them stop moving even if I'm still pressing buttons. ill still be able to hear the background music after this its just the game will go completely unresponsive.

i dont know what to do man : ( ive been waiting for this game to drop since i seen it on the steam store and for this release to just not work really hurts me man. some of my homies were kind of ripping on me for buying the ultimate edition but i didnt care because i thought id be getting my moneys worth but at the moment i dont know. please fix this game bandai i genuinely cant take this pain anymore.

i fell like this game has serious potential to be game of the year but it wont even make it to the steam front page if this problem persists for people.

Main solution:

1. Go to Windows Task Bar -> Settings -> Language and Region.
2. Change your Region to Japan (just in case), then — MOST IMPORTANT — change your system language to Japanese (this is your Windows system language, not the in-game language).
3. If you don’t have Japanese installed, click "Add language" and download it.
4. DONT FORGET to change the language to Japanese on the taskbar (next to the time and date In the bottom right corner of your monitor) after downloading.

5. Enjoy the game.



Bonus tips:

1. If the game still doesn’t work and you have the latest Windows 11 version, roll back to the previous version of Win 11.
2. Update your graphics drivers.
3. Verify game files -> Right-click on the game in your Steam library -> Installed Files -> Verify.

* If you still have audio issues, run the game from the file "BLEACH_Rebirth_of_Souls.exe" as administrator. (You'll find the file in the game's main folder).

**(Or from "start_protected_game.exe" if you want access to online features.)

*** If, for some reason, character selection textures still aren't showing up, run the game in compatibility mode for Windows 7 or 8.

Does this mean I will have to keep going back and forth between a language I don't understand for this one game to do anything else on my PC just to not crash?

I did this and after i changed only one little thing the game runs fine for me!

-Type in the windows search bar "intl.cpl" hit enter.
- Click on advanced settings
-Change decimal separator from " , " to " . "
- Hit "Ok"
- Run the game via administrator in the games folder, enjoy the game. :)

Hope this simple change works for u too, so u dont need to change region or language.

you have discord open behind the game ?
