Do a counter as Yoruichi? (Story mode)

Hey guys. In the fight against Soi Fon you're supposed to do a counter with Yoruichi, but no matter what I do or when I do it (before/after awakening) I can't seem to do the quest. She has a special move (L2 + Triangle) which is a counter but it doesn't seem to be what the game wants you to do. So, if anybody here knows what to do...

so you have to do the flash step counter with L2 + X as they go to attack and you see a little cutscene of her sneaking behind her and thats the counter i just did it, and you can do this flash step counter with pretty much every one i even did one with kenpachi lol
