If the people can't actually play any of this great content then obviously they're going to leave bad reviews?
People never change their scores typically. because it's easier to cry and have the initial rage, then forget the terrible review after the problems are fixed. this is the internet, no one ever admits they are wrong.
That's literally like pre-ordering a game.
I'm sure the game is great on the consoles, but we paid for a PC version. I can only judge the product that has been put before me at this moment. Such a shame the PC version has now been stained with this launch.
