No other resolutions higher than 1080p?

Game won't let me pick a resolution higher than 1080p and I'm running a 1440p monitor. What gives?

Seems like it'll stretch to fit the screen, but won't increase in pixels. I've been trying to set it to 4K for the past couple hours to no avail. Even if I enable DSR above 4K and change it to borderless, the resolution remains the same. Sad how blurry this game is on a 4K display. my GPU is asleep playing this game <20% usage. I feel like it's hard-locked to 1080p.

I've got 2560x1080. Not sure why it works.
No sound with a controller plugged in though
