pre-order bonus missing
Pre-ordered a few days ago. Can anyone who has the pre-order bonus confirm if its an in-game thing or if they had a DLC added to their account for it?

This is honestly unfortunate for anyone who did buy the game today. I get there is different timezones and release times but the graphics on the store page all said March 21st for the pre-order.

While I bought mine a few days ago and redeemed it then, I am uncertain if there is even a way to contact Steam about it. Most of the support options don't match what i am looking for or don't even connect with the ability to make a ticket.

Yeah and the link to the support page for the developers has no references AT ALL to this game, so no way to put a support ticket in.

Well..... internet collective, its time we show our rage in the reviews I suppose. $80 is too much to pay for an ultimate edition of anything in which I don't get a pre-order bonus.

Yeah I noticed that too that the support doesn't even have the game on it for their official site.
Well once I get some time, I'm putting the time in to play it, and then I'm leaving a review marked negative. If it does EVERYTHING ELSE RIGHT and just this wrong, that is enough for a negative review. If a handful of people voice frustration, you know that means a LOT of people were impacted.

I reached out on social media. The manager seems to know that the PC version is borked atm, so many, just maybe something will all come of this.

To be fair it is kind of your own fault, you didn't pre order directly from Steam and more than that after Pre Order window. It seems like you purchased just normal copy instead of pre order. Contact Humble or Steam directly and see if they can help, as far as I know Humble isn't grey market site so Steam should cooperate with you
The only thing I can recommend to people is to contact your key seller or message Steam support. I bought mine through Steam 3 days ago but there seems to be more than just me having this issue out there (according to social media.) Hopefully some of this will get cleared up when they address the rest of the games issues. We just gotta cross our fingers.

If it wasn't plastered around so much that the unlock day was the 21st, I'd agree with you on it being my fault in some capacity. That said, I suppose I should assume ill will of anyone taking my money for a product or service, the old saying "buyer beware" and all that.

As for Humble Bundle, since steam has no way to put a support ticket in, I'll try my luck with them and see how that goes.
i got the ultimate edition and missing Toshiros and Yoruichis TYBW skins not in my library either
my preorder bonuses are there, both costumes.

Update on my end. Contacted where I pre-ordered from and even though I bought it 4 days ago, I basically got a touch cookies copy pasta. Hope everyone else is having a better time with this than I am. :(

I got it on Nuuvem, also didn't get a preorder bonus DLC, last time a dev messed up preorder bonuses on a key I bought there I contacted them and they got me a key just for the bonus.
Tried that and got told too bad. Its unfortunate really

Humble Bundle issued me a new key, but it's just an order key, meaning pre-order was tied into activation date, probably using their global server. The only ones I suspect who can fix this, are Bamco........

Anyone have an e-mail for contacting bamco?
