I have a Wrong Monitor Fix that is Not windows, shift, arrow, it's something else.

Thought I'd plop this here to help with those who find no fix with the windows, shift, arrow key method of changing monitors.

First what you need to do is change which monitor is your primary one, then run the game, it'll run on the CORRECT monitor this time.

Now, after you close it, change your monitor designations again and go back to your real main monitor. From here on out, the game will run on the correct monitor.

There may be other steps as I had used the windows/shift method (once it hit the main menus, otherwise it just moves Steam) and changed the resolution to the main's resolution before attempting this.

But if it works the first way I mentioned, all the more power to you.
