No unfortunately, but would love to see at least some TYBW costumes for some characters and TYBW character and story DLC would be super cool. Being able to use something like Rukias Bankai shown in TYBW would be awesome

Which is why it would be better DLC than TYBW. That Arc introduces SO MANY new characters and events with broken abilities/multiple forms, that putting the whole thing into a DLC would be on the same level as the Elden Ring DLC.

More than likely they would just save that stuff for a future game.

For sure! It does sound like they aren't afraid to do revive mechanics, like with Full Hollowfied Ichigo, so I expect the Almighty would be designed similar to that. We'll just have to wait for RoS 2 is all. XD

I think we have to keep in perspective here that Bleach console/pc games historically have not been commercially successful. I doubt it was a viable option cost-wise for them to fully flush out the entirety of the story in this entry when they don't know how well it will do. I think its up to us to show enough interest for them to invest in them rolling out TYBW.
