I have been trying to download the new update, and it downloads 100% then last minute it pauses and when I press resume it pauses again--this could be my computer, but i figured I would ask just to be sure

I think that might just be your computer. I'd suggest rebooting steam, if that doesn't work, I'd also try either rebooting your computer or just uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

I tried both of those things, all my other games update and download fine---idk what the problem is but thanks for the help
