Personas Awakening

Hello ! I have just find out that you can awaken the Personas from your party members.
But is there some time restriction ? Some requirements ?
Couldn't find anything precise informations, so i'm asking here !

All i know is that you need to be 10 with your friends for the first awakening and for the second awakening you need to be at the third semester, right ?

there are 3 awakening:
1. their initial awakening
2. when you reach their rank 10 confidant rank
3. third semester, they will ask you to hangout once more, only can be triggered if you have rank 10 them, and once again only in third semester, doesn't matter when you rank 10 them as long as they rank 10 even in third semester you still can obtain their 3rd awakening

there's exception: justice and faith, these 2 party members won't get their 3rd awakening until scripted date, so you stuck with their 2nd awakening

How do you have the initial awakening ? (It's like the first form, like Captain Kidd for Ryuji ?)
And last question, i've seen that Ann have her Awakening on January 13, i can miss it or it's pass this date that she can awaken ?

First awakening is their initial persona, like Zorro and Carmen.

January 13 is the date when Ann's third awakening unlocks. And every one else's, give or take a couple days

For the second awakening you need 10 lvl confidant with the person. Just that.

Third awakening - 10 lvl and wait for a call. Which will happen in January

So just pass them 10 give you the 2nd awakening and then wait for third semester.
