any one know how to unlock advanced fusion?

You need at least Strength Confidant rank 1, for all full possible advanced fusion you need rank 8 of strength confidant

If I remember right, Velvet Room features are unlocked either by The Fool (automatic storyline) or Strength (Do the fusion requests for the twins). Then again I think The Fool grants mostly increased Persona Stock and Strength offers advanced fusions, I could be mistaken.
