Low fps

Hi everyone, so I have a problem with p5 royal, everytime that I open the game I get 30/25 fps, even in the menu.
I have a rtx 3060ti and a Ryzen 5 5600x.
On my last pc I didn't had this problem and It was a gtx1650 with a i3 10100f.
Can anybody help me fix this problem?

Same bro, it's a known issue, i've personally tried everything, nothing worked.

Bro, I had this problem and the only solution was to restart the game until it started working correctly on its own, I literally couldn't find any other way.

SAME. Ihave no idea what happened. My first 100 hours was at pristine fps. But then I suddenly started lagging

Same here, 7900 XTX/13700K super random low fps on Japan streets (21-35) but randomly it goes back to 60 or if I alt-tab the game.

"Special K" something, use it.

The port is botched for older CPUs (and newer ones apparently).

Edit: also make sure to add "gaming" alongside Special K in your google search otherwise you'll just get some goofy results

Also when i first played it 2 years ago, it was on the xbox gamepass, and the game was running at 120 FPS perma everywhere, i have problems only with the steam version and nothing changed hardware wise

So I did a ticket on atlus website, they said they will help me solve this issue.
If they manage to do it, i'll explain you guys how to solve it.

It's not v-sync, turned it off and it is still with all the stuttering and low fps.

That is odd. I had an issue with extremely low fps in specific areas. DXVK didn't help, messing around with CPU affinity/ cores didn't help either. Only Special K helped, I removed DXVK, did a clean-reinstall and have been launching the game through Special K since and everything works fine on my end.

If none of these suggestions work then it is up to the devs to put out a patch or something cause something's broken.

If I might ask a couple questions, I'd be happy to try and think of things that might help. :)

What are you using to check the frame-rate?
Do you have anything else open or running at the same time?
Do you have the NVIDIA Overlay enabled?
Could you list what your in-game Graphics and Display settings are set too?
And what monitor do you have (model preferably, if not, what is the resolution and if it is G-Sync, Free-sync or both/compatible) and are you connected through HDMI or Display Port?
