Here's a genuine question in regards to the Jazz Club.

Do the stat boosts gained from the Jazz Club on your party members carry over to New Game+? Like how Joker's HP/SP gains do?

I'm not sure since I didn't tested specifically this, but all the other stats I could verify did carry over, so I guess those ones too would be carried.

yes, they all carry over, although for skills you need to re-learn them from kanda church in your next NG+, and special for Futaba you need to bring her 4x sunday to jazz club again every NG+

you can also let Akechi to learn some skills from jazz club when he still with Robinhood and you can bring Akechi+ to Kanda church to re-learn skills from Akechi at Kanda Church in the same playthrough

I can verify, Jazz club stats carry over in NG+. The game also explicitly informs you the stat boosts from that location can be carried over when you choose whether you wish to include them or not.
