Please have PSN Prompts

i just hope this port dont skip into skipping PSN prompts like elden ring did lol though on pc u can mod stuff it speaking of which anyone plan to have akechi as the MC rather then joker lol

I think it will have the prompts. Soul Hackers 2 and SMT 3 also had the Dualsense button prompts.

On the other hand though I hate it when these games try to 'auto detect' the controller and don't allow manual toggling.

I use an 8Bitdo Pro2 which Windows detects as an Xbox pad; I would much prefer PS UI prompts in everything though since I have no familiarity with the Xbox layouts

well yeah Steam now supports DS4 and 5 gamepads natively, why though beats me. Failstation needs to stay away from PC :P

Most of Atlus' current ports support alternate button prompts when using SteamInput, so it probably will be the case here too.

Yeah, games really should have the option to force a specific set of button prompts (or to force keyboard/mouse prompts), in case you are using a Steam Controller (Where the trackpad emulates a mouse), gyro (Which more often than not simulates a mouse), a Razer Tartarus Pro or Wooting (Where they have analog controls for keys), or in case you are using device emulation software like DualSenseX or DS4Windows. There's also some cases where you can use a touch screen (like on the Steam Deck) to navigate through menus or do certain tasks, or using a trackpad to emulate a mouse to navigate through those, where having the option would be nice.

Really, the gamepass version locks you to Xbox?? System settings, second from the bottom there's a button display option for autofind, dualshock, dualsence, xinput and pro controller.
