what is Thieves Guild network?

just started the game and its asking to connect to it.

What is it and do i need it?

and also is it gonna ask me every time i start the game ? i had it off in the setting and its still asking whenever i start the game.

afaik, it lets you see what other plays did in each day

Thieves guild it's all connection things. It's including:
1. See what other players do in they're daily life.
2. Correct Answer on lessons.
But most importantly...
3. Let you make connection fusion. But it's a little abuse or legal cheating like DLC garbage personas, because fused Persona will be much stronger than you can able to fuse depending from your level.
4. And let you save your teammates in battles if they're was taken as hostages. 3 Times in 1 day, but funny this thing happen to me maybe 5 time in my 500 hours of gameplay and i used it only 3 times :D

Maybe you might be interested use network fusion in future. Because there's some strong skills that you can get only from fusion network. Like "Magic Ability"(25% bonus damage for all magic skills) or Almight boost and Amp (25%/50% damage bonus). I don't remember exactly, but I still rarely use it or almost never used fusion network, maybe 5-7 times. And even stop used after i get this skills.

i use thieves guild for two things:
1. check daily activity, especially average level of current day, i love being underlevel so if my level underlevel than suggstested from daily activity, so i am good

2. fusion network, but now i don't need this feature any longer because i have all magic ability, soul chain, and almighty amp

i never ask help when one of my party taken as hostage, reviving them is much faster, i have Maria that can revive whole party except joker
