I just tether my phone to my pc and use it as an internet connection for that fraction of a second that's needed. And if you don't have a phone, or can't use yours for any reason, if it is still that important, grab a cheap prepaid android phone and use it as the internet connection.
As for the companies, they don't have to stop what their doing. What they are required to do is tell you it's there (Which it states on the store page) and other than that, they can put it in as long as they want.
Your option then is if you want the game, get it. If you don't want to support Denuvo directly, get the game on console where the DRM isn't present. Although you are still supporting SEGA/ATLUS and as such, ultimately Denuvo as well, or you can just not buy it.
It is your decision to make, all the info for making your choice is available to you, so you can make the best choice for yourself.
