Unable to go dates despite maxed confidant with hifumi.

As the title says, Maxed out hifumi and managed to invite her at a date in hawaii but once i arrive back to japan, somehow she disappeared for some reason i thought it was because i havent reach to the next area which is okamura palace.

After sending the calling cards and defeated okamura, still havent seen her as i still have 21 days left before the deadline and i spend 2 weeks searching for her but its like she disappeared despite people saying she is on mostly evening but i dont even see her if those 2 weeks.

not sure what happened, its like she disappeared for entire of the game probably not the other events that might call to invite someone.

i tried searching google but no one is experiencing problems like mine, i even try going to places that i can invite to dates but it keep saying i need to have or find someone to go out with despite maxed confidant level with hifumi not sure if its because i need to do it on the rainy season on the evening but i doubt i could take someone to date in the rainy days.

yeah it happened to me before too one one my playthroughs where i chose Hifumi. oddly enough it only seems to happen with her.

i guess theres still no solutions for this problem since it may only affect hifumi who only appeared at evenings then afternoons.

i guess its the character schedule but i dont think it make sense if it was during sunday as it was a free time that hifumi cannot appear or taking dates with her.
