stuttering
I recently got to madarame's and got the doors to open, when i'm in the area the game becomes basically unplayable so much stuttering and freezing.
I've meet the requirements
set p5r to high priority and did the cpu technique
so far nothing i tried as worked so far
any advice?

So you're only running the game with 4cores and not 8 some times I find that helps
do you have any recommendations?
OK SO i looked in to it a bit and i remember what it was

this was a fix for a studdering this was a fix for a stuttering problem in another game

but if you open your task manager and go to the the details section find whear ever p5 is on the list and right click and open set affinity

https://superuser.com/questions/181577/what-is-windows-priority-and-affinity-and-what-advatanges-does-it-provide

now know this is not a guaranteed fix but it might work for you

doing it this way is not permanent so if it ends up makeing it worse just close and reopen persona

Same here, albeit nowhere as bad as your case. I get brief stutter perhaps every 4-5 seconds, cutscene and gameplay. Oddly not noticed it on battles but since I’m only 1 hour in that isn’t much to go on.

I was going to try that task manager > CPU affinity tip someone suggested on the Strikers review, I take it that ‘fix’ is what you refer to in your post?

I recommend speech therapy, though given that it is the holiday season you are unlikely to find a specialist that will see you until the new year. I've never had the speech impediment myself and so I cannot offer more advice.

You need to test each setting on your system yourself. I highly do not recommend setting any priorities to high in task manager as it creates a bottleneck and takes away needed resources from your OS and Steam client and leads to instability.

So, I would turn down the high priority setting and reverse the "CPU technique" and then test with RIVA tuner and compare data. Then I would adjust the IN GAME settings like frame limitations, AA, and v-sync as each PC is it's own unique device and needs hands on fiddling to run it's best and not someone making declarative statements about how your system should be configured sight unseen.

1.they both have the same result
2. i fiddled with the settings earlier it didn't help

Go to the game's home page, and you'll see something called Denuvo. This is your answer. I've been warning you guys to research a game before you buy it.

Denuvo this, Denuvo that. Shut up about Denuvo. The game runs fine on my PC, and I've got a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ HP Pavilion. I've never had any issues with anything with Denuvo in it. I'm sick of hearing about Denuvo every second thread in a Persona Game's discussion forum. Go back to your echo chamber.
